Shengyide has many years of experience serving the automotive industry and has a deep foundation and strong reputation in automotive electronics and parts storage, painting equipment, and automated transportation. Based on FAW Bestune's warehouse space, Shengyide's R&D and planning team immediately customized a custom solution. The team quickly conducted an on-site survey, accurately measuring environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity. Based on the customer's product requirements and storage space, they created a customized AHW solution tailored to the specific product characteristics.

The warehouse is equipped with three newly developed, next-generation stacker cranes (Shengyide) featuring enhanced modular and flexible configuration capabilities, significantly improving product assembly flexibility and maintenance convenience. Equipped with a WMS (Warehouse Management System), WCS (Warehouse Control System), and electronic control system, it enables comprehensive warehouse automation and data visualization.
Previously, automotive parts warehouses were primarily divided into fixed racks and flat areas based on customer and product type, resulting in extremely low storage efficiency. With the continued growth of automotive parts production, FAW Bestune's existing warehouse could no longer meet logistics needs. Furthermore, temporary storage of goods before shipment and storage of empty pallets required additional space.
